Concierge Plus, $1,000 to $1,500/mo, covers WordPress, complex sites, or ongoing design. Enterprise starts at $1,500+/mo for content and creative team time.

No. Plans run month to month. Care plans cancel on 30 days’ notice.

Will you look after a site you did not build?
Usually, after a short assessment. We host and maintain over 100 websites, many built elsewhere, and the assessment shows what yours needs first.

We have several sites. Do we need a plan for each?
No. We quote one plan for the whole portfolio.

What happens when something breaks?
You reach a person, not a ticket queue. Monitoring catches most issues first, and daily off-site backups make the worst case a restore.
