Where the decisions live.
Each waypoint marks one choice we made for this audience and why it earned its place.
Life flights told without urgency.
Samaritan Aviation flies critical flights to the only hospital in East Sepik, delivers medicine to remote areas, and provides ongoing care and training. It also offers spiritual support, community restoration, and disaster relief.
The existing website was not user-friendly and did not communicate the mission of life flights and medical services. Its design was outdated and did not show the impact the organization makes in remote areas.
The content was not engaging enough to inspire support. For an organization funded by people who may never see a flight, the website is where the work becomes real.
Make the mission easy to follow, and to fund.
We set three goals: a user-friendly design, clearer communication, and content that engages.
We rebuilt the website first, leading with the flights and the impact they make in remote areas.
Beyond the rebuild, we added pages for the Compassion Crew and Our Stories, because stories carry the impact of the work in a way a feature list cannot.
We built a campaign page for Hope Can't Wait with a giving widget inside it, so a supporter can give in the moment they are moved.
We set up UTM tracking and Looker reporting, so the team can see what each campaign brings in.
If this work resembles yours, we can show you the same starting line in three minutes.
A site that carries the flights and the giving.
The mission is now told with the urgency it deserves, with the stories and the way to give on the same page.
The campaign page and its giving widget were reviewed and tested with the Samaritan Aviation team.
Keep exploring the work.
Let’s build yours next.
