Published tiers. No coyness.
We publish what the work costs. No anchor games, no quotes-on-request. The right number depends on the gap between where your site is and where it needs to be. Read the tiers, share them with your board, decide if we fit. Not sure where you land? Score the gap first.
Ranges reflect scope, not what we think you can afford.
Three ways to price the work.
Whether you want a number, a critique, or a conversation, pick the one that matches.

What people ask before they sign up.
-
Why do you publish pricing when most agencies hide it?
Because pricing is what it costs, not what we hope you will spend. Agencies that hide it usually price-discriminate, or hope to anchor high in the proposal. We do neither. The tiers are accurate. Variation within a range comes from scope, not from how much we think you can afford.
-
Can you discount for nonprofits?
We phase scope instead of discounting. If a $25k build is out of reach, we scope a smaller phase one that ships now and sets up phase two later. Care plans start at $199 a month; we do not go lower, because that is what hosting, monitoring, and a real human cost. The work is the work.
-
What pushes a project into the Enterprise tier ($75k–$150k+)?
Three things in combination usually do it: custom platform work (Django, custom React, or backends beyond a standard CMS); multi-language or multi-region deployment with distinct content per audience; and deep stakeholder maps (multi-department orgs, board sign-off, brand-review committees, enterprise integrations). Any one alone can sit in Full Custom. Two or three together is Enterprise.
-
Do you take projects above $150k?
Yes, when the scope justifies it. The plus sign signals a ceiling-free tier. We quote those after discovery: usually custom platform engineering, multi-year roadmaps, or org-wide rollout. Model yours in the scope calculator and we adjust from there.
-
How do payments work?
Projects under $5,000: 100% upfront or two equal payments. Projects over $5,000: three to five monthly installments. Care plans and retainers bill monthly. No long-term lock-in on retainers.

Is the free Digital Legitimacy Score really free?
Yes. Score yourself in three minutes at score.creativenomads.com. The expert version, a one-page report, is also free, delivered in five business days. We do a handful each month, because audits are how we get to know teams whose work we want to support.
Pricing is real, and so is the fit test.
- If budget is under $2,500 We are not a good fit. Squarespace, Wix, or a templated freelancer will serve you better than a half-baked engagement with us.
- If you want a site live in three weeks Our discovery phase alone takes that long. The AI Website in a Day is the only exception, and it has tight scope rules.
- If price is the only criterion We over-invest in the first draft and we charge for it. If the cheapest quote wins, you are not buying what we sell.
- If you want to skip the audience-and-clarity work We refuse to. We will not design for a foundation we do not understand. Hand us a sharp brief on your primary audience and we move fast. If you cannot, figuring it out is phase one.
Score your site first. Then talk pricing.
The Digital Legitimacy Score takes about three minutes and shows you which tier actually fits. Or skip ahead and book a call.
