Counseling is one of the highest-trust purchases a person can make. The website is doing real emotional work in the first few seconds: signaling safety, competence, fit, and the right level of professionalism. A site that looks like a side project tells a prospective client to keep looking.

The practice also needed to be findable. A counselor without a real local SEO foundation, accurate citations across the directories, and a current Google Business Profile is invisible to the people who need them most: the ones searching for help on the worst day they have had in a while.
