Chapter · Problem

One brand, two voices, four offerings.

Bridge the Gap equips professionals with practical tools for communication, collaboration, and leadership. Founders Jennifer Edwards and Katie McCleary lead keynotes, team workshops, executive coaching, and strategic facilitation, all designed to move teams from friction to flow.

The brand had two jobs at once. It had to carry a joint identity and still leave room for each founder to sound like herself.

The site had a third job. It had to present four distinct offerings so a busy decision-maker could act fast, build trust, signal credibility, and make the next step obvious, whether that step is Book a Discovery Call or Inquire Now.

Chapter · Approach

A parent brand with room for each founder.

We started by aligning on audiences, voice, and desired outcomes. Clarity came before any pixel.

From there we built a simple brand structure: Bridge the Gap as the parent brand, coordinated identities for Jennifer and Katie, and a shared design system with room for individual expression. The logo work followed the same shape, one parent mark and one identity for each founder.

The site layout puts engagement paths front and center. Keynotes, Workshops, Coaching, and Strategic Facilitation each get their own route, and booking links are built in for each service and each founder.

We produced sales-ready speaker sheets tailored to each founder and carried the same action-first language into every corner of the brand, so the PDF and the page sound like one team.

Under the hood, we developed for accessibility, speed, and semantic clarity, so moving from interest to inquiry feels natural.

Chapter · Outcome

A first impression that invites the booking.

Since launch, the site has helped Bridge the Gap attract high-quality leads, streamline speaking inquiries, and make a confident first impression on enterprise clients.

The brand now works as one system: a parent, two founders, and four offerings, each with a clear way to book.
